Brass Monkey Post provides post production services for film and video. At the helm of BMP is Craig Gordon, an editor with over 20 years post production expertise.

Craig has worked on a wide variety of projects. Spanning commercials, feature films, corporate videos, promo packages, music videos, documentaries, episodic television and museum exhibitions.

Craig Gordon is the current HD Specialist/Editor for BMP and one of the leading Hi Defintion experts in the country. His vast knowledge of the technology stems from a long career as a creative editor, having worked with both film and video in various linear and non-linear systems. With his unique understanding of the industry’s various tools, from both a user and administrators standpoint, Craig’s expertise have often been tapped for projects with unusual circumstance. Previously Craig was Head of HD development and the HD project manager for Rhinopost in New York. He is credited with the company’s complete evolution into Hi Definition post-production. He is also a creative editor boasting credits from the advertising, music video, television series/specials and the feature film industries.

Craig’s work is seen in several high-profile projects including the Academy Award nominated "Trouble the Water", Cannes Film Festival Palm Dor Award winner “FAHRENHEIT 9/11”, directed by Michael Moore and the Award winning film “A League of Ordinary Gentlemen”. Craig’s other film credits include The 2002 Cinequest Award winning feature Grownups starring John Stamos, actor Burt Young’s directorial debut work “Murder on Mott Street”, “2Bperfectly Honest”, directed by Randel Cole and “Sucker Punch” directed by Jeff Crook and Josh Crook. Gordon’s has also lent his creative expertise to numerous television episodic series including A&E’s “100 Centre Street” directed by Sydney Lumet and CBS’s “Queens Supreme”.

Craig Gordon is a native New Yorker and attended The State University of New York at StonyBrook. He is a veteran of more than 20 years in the industry.
